On 11th May 2019 SLIP’s Esri ArcGIS infrastructure and geodatabases will be upgraded to v10.6.1.
During the scheduled maintenance period below all SLIP data services, maps and the SLIP Data Upload Tool (DUT) for data publishers will be unavailable.
- Planned outage start: 8am Saturday 11/05/2019
- Planned outage end: 3pm Sunday 12/05/2019
Breaking Changes / Backwards Incompatible Changes
As a result of this upgrade there will be a minor change applied to system generated attributes. For polygon/multipolygon data only the “st_length” field will be renamed to “st_perimeter”.
For data users: Most users should be unaffected by this change. There is no action required if you are using web services in desktop or web GIS systems. Users with more complex data integration approaches (such as FME) may need to refresh their dataset schemas as a result of this change.
For data publishers: This will not require a change to data loads, scheduled data loads will resume as per normal after the change.
